Bookings
Tour bookings online are encouraged; however, we also accept walk-ins.
Café bookings are not required unless you have a group of six or more. We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins. Please contact tours@benbeculadistillery.com for group bookings.

Private tours and groups of more than 12 are available by arrangement. Please contact tours@benbeculadistillery.com.
Accessibility for Tours
A lift is available. Wheelchairs and mobility scooters must have tyres thicker than 2.25 inches to access the mezzanine floor.
Walking sticks are not suitable on the mezzanine, so linking arms with a companion is recommended.
Please contact us before your visit if you have specific accessibility requirements.
Families
Tours are suitable for children aged 8 and over.
Highchairs are available in the café.
Pets
Dogs are very welcome in the Visitor Centre and café. However, they are not permitted on tours, including service dogs.
Parking
Parking is available onsite. We have space for standard vehicles and larger buses.
